This week on Scene Stealers we welcome our 2nd guest- Patrick Bromley from the F This Movie! Podcast. Patrick has been a great voice in the world of film criticism with his weekly podcast, as the editor for his website FThisMovie, and writing for other sites such as Bloody Disgusting. But for this episode we have brought him in for his expertise on Spike Lee films and specifically- Inside Man. It makes for a lot of fun. We go into the vault to talk about three different movies- Stallone’s 90’s hit Cliffhanger, the documentary Bama Rush, and the newest from Ted Geoghegan- Brooklyn 45. The big take is with Inside Man a quintessential heist film. It’s Denzel Washington working with Spike Lee and it is a good one.
